About Me

Hey all my fellow bloggers and readers,

My name is Matthew, but I go by Matt. I'm 20 years old, born and raised in the Nashville, TN area. I'm no one famous, just an average, Chaco-wearing, sweet-tea drinking person just trying to live the Christian life. Saved at a young age and grew up going to church while learning and living the Word. Never really knew what all life held until  college began last year and that was when my faith was really put to the test. College was the time and place where I realized how strong my faith was and that I needed God more than anything or anyone. Today, I'm just trying to fulfill the life that Christ died to give me so that I could be saved from my sinfulness and so that I may know Him and glorify Him everyday!

I love coffee and organic food. I love being in the outdoors, especially hiking in the mountains. I love to run and spend time with my friends and family. I have a twin brother and a younger sister. I have two of the most amazing, loving parents. I love to travel and fly to explore new states and cities. I also am big into Photography as well. Taking pictures of people, nature, food, and the sky is a plus to me!

My motto to try to live by is this: Life is short so why not bask in the blessings that God has given us! Everyday has its own worries but the future holds something beautiful. Live life to the extent while loving others, forgiving others, having faith and prayer, and leaning on God every minute!

I will praise the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.
